Highlights from Derbyshire Makes Chesterfield

The opening day included a sold out conference on Creative Heritage with a range of fascinating speakers, as well as workshops for conference participants and local residents.

On Saturday lots of Chesterfield residents and visitors took part in workshops across the town making boxes, kaleidoscopes, murals, postcards, clay tiles, textile flags and much more.On Sunday locals joined in Clothes-wise workshops mending garments with Transition Chesterfield.Below is a selection of some of the images from the day.Thanks to everyone who joined in to make it a great start to Derbyshire Makes.
