The Derbyshire Creative Heritage Conference returned on the 16th March with a focus on digital technology and how it can be used to shine a light on the region’s heritage sites. The one-day event brought together industry experts, creatives, volunteers and those who love heritage to share ideas, network and develop partnerships for the future.

Recently Junction Arts successfully applied with Advantage Creative for a Scoping Grant from the British Council to travel to Brazil to seek out partner organisations to collaborate with.

Entitled Resilience Through Collectivism the conference, hosted by our partners at Haarlem Artspace, looked at some of the different approaches we can take to strengthen both organisational and our personal resilience.

In 2015 Junction Arts was awarded Heritage Lottery Funding for a very special project, developed to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. The project was called JA40 and over the last two years a number of significant outcomes have been achieved.
