Junction Arts have been appointed by North East Derbyshire District Council to manage the Clay Cross Public Art and Community Consultation project.

pARTicipatory Walks

Shirebrook Market Shops

Junction Arts are excited to be working with Bolsover Partnership and the Shirebrook Forward NG20 Group on a year-long project to deliver a range of inspirational art and design projects aimed at brightening the centre of Shirebrook.

Belong: Eckington public art

We’re delighted to announce our collaboration with Strata Homes and artists from Glassball to design a public artwork for the entrance of a new housing development, ‘Belong’, off Staveley Lane in Eckington.

Remembering Eckington Drill Hall – Public Art Project

Junction Arts have been commissioned by Aldi to develop a piece of public art for the new store at Eckington, Littlemoor Lane.

Clay Cross Heritage Gala

Our WWI themed Gala took place on the 5th August, we had wonderful walk-about acts, The Ukulele Orchestra, refreshments, local history and Clay Cross became the first location to display our Processions 2018 banner. 

Whispers from the Model

Whispers from the Model is a collection of fascinating memories, stories and pictures about life at New Bolsover Model Village. From captivating oral histories and storytelling sessions with residents past and present to the wonderful imaginations of children from New Bolsover Primary School, we’ve delved into the unique heritage of the Model Village.

Rural Touring

Junction Arts have recently become a promotor for Live & Local, The Rural and Community Touring Network. Together we have brought high quality, entertaining, and affordable professional live theatre, music and dance to Creswell Social Centre.

JA40

In 2015 Junction Arts was awarded Heritage Lottery Funding for a very special project, developed to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. The project was called JA40 and over the last two years a number of significant outcomes have been achieved.
