Project Coordinator

Junction Arts is recruiting a full-time Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting the development and delivery of our community arts programme.

Junction Arts’ vision is to create a better future for everyone through the arts. We create work with people to improve well-being and inspire change. We predominantly work with communities across North East Derbyshire, Chesterfield and Bolsover district. Our festivals, workshops and events offer people the chance to learn new skills, improve their mental wellbeing and build stronger, supportive communities. In 2021/22, we engaged over 3000 participants and attracted 7000+ audience members across 15 projects.

 

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with outstanding organisational skills and experience in developing and facilitating co-produced participatory projects and programmes by, with and for communities. We are particularly keen to hear from people with experience of working with young people and underserved communities.

Permanent contract

Salary: Starting salary £25,000 per annum
